Please Note: Due to the custom and delicate nature of certain functional art pieces, the following items from our collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom-Framed Artwork & Mirrors: Any picture frame, presentation board, or bathroom mirror that has been custom-sized or assembled to specific order dimensions.
  • Clearance or Special Order Items: Clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your return.
  3. Securely Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original, protective packaging. Include all original documents and accessories. Please write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the Package: Send your return package to our fulfillment center at the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
