- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Cost: A flat rate of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Shipping to Asia and certain remote regions is currently unavailable.
International Orders
We ship globally (excluding Asia and select remote areas). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Final Sale Items
Due to the custom-crafted and delicate nature of certain functional art pieces, the following items from our collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-Framed Artwork & Mirrors: Any picture frame, presentation board, or bathroom mirror that has been custom-sized or assembled to specific order dimensions.
- Clearance or Special Order Items: Any item clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
This policy allows us to maintain the quality, uniqueness, and intended craftsmanship of these specially curated pieces.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. You may use the template provided below for clarity.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your return.
- Securely Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the Package: Send your return to our fulfillment center at the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will promptly process your exchange or initiate your refund.

Refunds: Timing & Method
After we receive and approve your return:
- Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Exchanges
