3.1 Final Sale Items

Due to their custom-crafted and delicate nature, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-Framed Artwork & Mirrors sized or assembled to specific order dimensions
• Clearance items or those marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer two primary shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
2. Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently do not ship to Asia and certain remote regions.

5.2 International Orders

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping costs and will not be refunded if an order is returned.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted for most items within 15 days of delivery receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original protective packaging with all accessories and documents.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, issued to the original payment method.
• Final sale items (as described in Section 3.1) cannot be returned or exchanged.
